Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Trarrency mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of exchange rate data
• You should verify current rates before making financial decisions
• We are not responsible for any financial losses resulting from reliance on our conversion data

User Content and Data

Local Storage

• Your conversion history and preferences are stored locally on your device
• You are responsible for backing up your data
• Uninstalling the App will delete your local data

Data Deletion

• You can delete your conversion history through the App settings
• We do not store your personal conversion data on our servers

In-App Purchases

Premium Features

• Some features may require in-app purchases
• All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Purchases are non-refundable except as required by Taiwan consumer protection laws

Subscription Terms

Termination

By You

• Uninstalling the App terminates your use

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China) without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
